Produced with selected grapes from well-exposed company vineyards that allow for complete maturation.
Vinified according to the Martinotti Method, it is bottled in the spring following the harvest, after refermentation in autoclave.
Clear, ruby red in color, with a slightly vinous, characteristic aroma, with hints of red fruit.
Soft, savory and warm flavor, rightly tannic and harmonious.
This parmesan red is an indispensable companion of cold cuts appetizers, traditional first courses, boiled meats, stewed meats and roasts.

SOIL: chalky and clay
ALTITUDE: 380 meters
GRAPE VARIETY: Barbera 70%, Bonarda 15%,Merlot 15%
PRODUCTION PER HECTARE: 80 quintals
THINNING: best grapes selection.
HARVEST: manual harvest with particular selection of the grapes.
WINE MAKING AND SHARPENING: this wine is produced with selected grapes grown in vineyard which enjoy excellent climate conditions favorable for a complete grape’s maturation. This wine is a product of the classical Parmesan vinification tradition; it is bottled the spring after the harvest and only after second fermentation is completed in autoclaves.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: clear, intense red wine, distinctive vinous fragrance with red fruit notes. Delicate and warm with balanced and harmonic flavour.
COMBINATIONS: this red wine of Parma finds a perfect harmony with appetizers, main courses, stewed meats, and roasted beef.
