Without sulphites why? Because who are we to go and interrupt the wonderful balance that exists in the Barbera vineyard, with old and resistant plants, which produce very few grapes but amazing and healthy. To see them the bunches are almost sparse for a Barbera.
From an aesthetic point of view they are not at all beautiful, but this sparse shape means that the air of the valley, warm and dry, makes the grapes perfectly healthy: Nature takes away, nature gives.
“Falstaff” is a gentleman, a liar, proud and with an insatiable desire for bengodi. our wine is like this, in its elegance and simplicity, but above all in its immense drinkability that never ceases to give satisfaction.

WINE MAKING AND SHARPENING: produced from the best exposed Barbera vineyards, this red wine is produced without added sulfites to develop the most authentic Barbera expression.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: bright ruby red, seductive smell, Iris and crisp black fruit, juicy black cherry, herbs.
Good acidity and freshness with a long finish persistence.
COMBINATIONS: cold cuts, first dishes with bushmeat sauce
