Gelasio is like a dance, between freshness and warmth, between power and delicacy.
Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, cold macerated one night with its skins before being vinified, partly in steel and partly in tonneau.
A game of contrasts, with the maceration that makes the wine rich but hard, and the wooden barrel that instead gives it complexity and softness. Maceration is the heart of this ancient and somewhat gruff wine, and refinement is its young and welcoming mind: and as in any dance, the closer and closer they are, the better the final harmony and the ability to convey the passion and sentiment that lie within.

HARVEST: manual harvest with particular selection of the grapes.
WINE MAKING AND SHARPENING: this is a white wine with a rare structure and a soft round taste. It is produced with accurately selected “Malvasia di Candia Aromatica“ grapes. It ferments slowly at a controlled temperature.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: this wine has a clear, straw-yellow colour with gild reflections, persistent and intense flower fragrances with peach and sage sensation. Delicate and balanced taste, warm, full-bodied and harmonic flavour.
COMBINATIONS: due to its peculiar structure and elegance, it is the perfect companion for delicious and tasty seasoned cheese.
