Produced with selected grapes from company plots with particularly favorable exposures.
It is marketed only after one year of aging in steel and at least 12 months of aging in the bottle.
Wine of great softness and roundness. Intense ruby red color, with an intense aroma, slightly vinous with hints of both red and black berry fruit and spicy nuances.
On the palate it is soft-bodied and rightly tannic and harmonious.
Red ideal for cold cuts appetizers, important first courses and main courses of meat.

HARVEST: manual harvest with particular selection of the grapes.
WINE MAKING AND SHARPENING: this wine is produced with carefully selected grapes grown in vineyards which enjoy particularly favorable climate conditions. Following the great Parma’s wine tradition, this wine is commercialized after one year of sharpening in stainless steel and 6 months in bottle.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: intense and round red wine, distinctive fragrance with red berry fruit and spicy notes. Warm,delicate and balanced taste, very harmonic.
COMBINATIONS: this Parmesan red wine finds a perfect harmony with appetizers, main courses, meat and seasoned cheese.
