Parmigianino
Sparkling Malvasia, Martinotti Method
Parmigianino is the fine and elegant aromatic Malvasia di Candia that gives lightheartedness and quenches our thirst in the most beautiful moments,
those in the company of the people we love.
Malvasia is an aromatic grape, so defined because by tasting the grape, the aromas and flavors present in the grape can be traced back to the same perceived in the wine.
Fermented at a controlled temperature, it is bottled the spring following the harvest after a slow refermentation in autoclave.
Clear with greenish reflections, intense, delicate and characteristic aroma in which floral hints of acacia and hawthorn stand out.
Ideal as an aperitif, it prefers delicate appetizers and fresh cheeses.
