The first edition of the Wine Fair at Piacenza Expo from November 18 to 20, 2023, has been born, and Cantina Il Poggio cannot miss it!
What is it about?
It defines itself as a Central Market (where you can purchase bottles) to introduce the various Italian territories, especially the smaller and lesser-known ones that are hard to explore at the larger industry fairs.
Fairs like this are crucial for producers who want to share their stories and their wine with people genuinely curious about who is behind the bottle.
Wineries from all over Italy (and even two Domaines from France) will participate in this fair, and we couldn’t be happier to contribute to promoting our territory.
Among the various partnerships that have supported this first edition, you will find our dear ONAV (National Organization of Wine Tasters), AIS (Italian Sommelier Association since 1965), FISAR (Italian Federation of Sommeliers, Hoteliers, Restaurateurs), AIAB (Italian Association of Organic Agriculture), Mille Vigne as media partners, and Kipoint as the official partner.

Useful Information
The fair will take place on the following days and times:
- Saturday, November 18, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Sunday, November 19, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Monday, November 20, from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM
The ticket price is €25, but if you are a member of ONAV, AIS, FISAR, or ASSOMELIER, the cost is €15.
