Wine Description
Salsese is a lively sparkling red wine, crafted with the Emilia-Romagna families in mind.
A blend of Barbera, Bonarda, and Merlot, it immediately impresses with its freshness and vibrant acidity. Produced using the Martinotti/Charmat method, it is bottled in the spring following the harvest, after undergoing secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
