Parmigianino is an extra-brut sparkling wine made from 100% Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, vinified using the Martinotti/Charmat method.
Its aromas gently recall peach and sage, while in particularly warm vintages, the yellow fruit notes evolve into tropical hints of mango and papaya.
Malvasia Aromatica di Candia has long been typical of the Parma and Piacenza regions, but this version stands out for its sparkling and exceptionally dry nature, contrasting with the traditional sweet, semi-sparkling style.
