Wine Description
Pure Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, macerated on the skins for 24 hours, with part of it aged in acacia tonneaux for 6 months.
Highly aromatic on the nose, with balsamic notes reminiscent of chestnut honey and candied apricot. On the palate, it surprises with smoky hints reminiscent of toasted almond, offering a velvety and enveloping sensation.
Malvasia is an extraordinary grape variety with great potential, capable of aging and evolving significantly, not only over the years but even within months.

Food Pairings
Recommended in autumn with “tagliolini al tartufo”, or in summer with sushi and crudité.
