Wine Description
Falstaff is a still red wine, a pure Barbera with no added sulfites. After a few months in steel, it is bottled and brought directly to the table.
It is one of the staff’s favorite wines at the Cantina: easy to drink, pleasant, and fresh, with earthy notes that pique the taster’s curiosity. The aromas are intense with plum, cherry, and small red fruits, and its surprisingly purple color adds charm to its character.

Food Pairings
It pairs perfectly with a selection of semi-aged cheeses or fish main courses, such as baked sea bream with cherry tomatoes.
